Connect to a third-party data source
You must have an Enterprise-edition Atlassian product to connect to third-party data sources.
Atlassian Analytics supports direct connections to a number of different third-party data sources. View the available third-party data sources.
Direct connections typically have two requirements:
Allow Atlassian’s outbound IP addresses to communicate with your data source. View the list of Atlassian’s IP addresses for outbound connections.
Provide your connection details to the data source’s connection form. The required connection details vary depending on the data source type.
When providing connection details, some data sources require a schema name to reflect properly. If you’re unsure of what schema you should use, you can run a query to find out which schema to reflect after you’ve connected the data source.
