クラウド コネクタを使用して Data Center インスタンスに接続する

Apart from linking Jira to Atlassian apps using OAuth 2.0, organization admins can connect Jira to Jira or Confluence Data Center using cloud connector. This leverages the existing Connected sources infrastructure in Atlassian Administration while centralizing setup and reducing manual configuration steps. This isn’t a new authentication protocol. When you create a connection through this path, Atlassian uses cloud connector to create the underlying OAuth 2.0 application link.

Connect Jira Cloud to a Data Center instance

You can connect your Cloud and Data Center instances either via Jira settings or Atlassian Administration. Both options will redirect you to the application links screen in Jira to complete your setup.

Option 1: Via Jira settings

1. [Jira 設定]、[アプリ] の順に移動します。

2. [アプリケーション リンク] を選択します。

3. [リンクを作成] を選択し、次に [クラウド コネクタを使用して Data Center アプリに接続] を選択します。

4. Select a cloud connector from the dropdown. If you don’t see your Data Center, you will need to connect it. Read how to connect your Data Center instance

5. In the Review OAuth 2.0 link screen, confirm the details and select Create link.

6. Select the permission scopes that are required for the application links request.

オプション 2: アトラシアンの管理経由

接続を作成する

1. アトラシアン管理に移動します。

2. Select Data management, then Connected sources.

3. Data Center インスタンスへの既存の接続を見つけます。

4. Select Connect app, then Jira.

5. Select the Jira Cloud site you want to connect.

6. You will be redirected to Jira settings. Follow the steps in Option 1: Via Jira settings section to complete the setup.

Accept the application link request in Jira Data Center

Cloud でいずれかのオプションからセットアップを完了したあと、Data Center 側でリンク リクエストを承認する必要があります。このアクションを実行するには、Jira Data Center 管理者である必要があります。

リンクのリクエストを承認するには:

1. Data Center インスタンスにログインしてください。

2. Select the gear icon (), then Applications.

3. [アプリケーション リンク] を選択し、次に [Cloud コネクタ] タブを選択します。

4. クラウド インスタンスからのリンク リクエストを見つけて、[リクエストを確認] を選択します。

5. Review the scopes requested by the incoming link. Make sure the scopes accepted in Data Center match the scopes requested on the cloud side, then select Accept. Your Jira Cloud and the Data Center instance are now connected.

接続を管理する

接続の作成後、管理者は関連する管理画面から接続を管理できます。

• View details: Use this action to check the connection in Atlassian Administration and Jira settings.

• 認証情報のローテーション: 認証情報の期限が切れた場合、または更新する必要がある場合は、このアクションを使用します。

• Delete the connector: Use this action to remove the connection.

接続の問題のトラブルシューティング

アトラシアンの管理ではトンネル選択は利用できません。

You may not see the same tunnel options as seen in Jira settings. We recommend that you verify whether the Data Center instance is public or requires a tunnel, then use the appropriate connection option (option 1 or 2). Read about connecting to Data Center using application tunnels

認証情報のローテーションが遅いようです。

認証情報のローテーションは非同期であり、完了するまでに時間がかかる場合があります。しばらくしてから更新をお試しください。ステータスは接続済みに戻るはずです。何度か更新を試しても完了しない場合は、サポートにお問い合わせください。
