Review releases per space
The site optimizer helps Jira administrators identify spaces approaching or exceeding the release limit and directs them to the relevant space for cleanup.
A space can have up to 15,000 releases. If a space reaches the limit, admins can’t create releases until its usage is reduced. Existing releases and work items remain available.
This feature is available only on Jira Premium and Enterprise plans. Jira admin permissions are required.
To review release usage:
Select Settings (), then select System.
Select Site optimizer.
In the Limits section, find Releases per space, and select Review.
The Optimize releases page shows each space’s name, key, limit status, release usage, and available action. You can also search for a space by name.
Find the space you’d like to update and select Review to go directly to the Versions page in your Space settings.
To reduce release usage:
Find an old or unused release.
[More actions] () を選択します。
Archive the release, or delete it if it’s no longer required.
Confirm the action.
Archived releases won’t count toward the limit.
The site optimizer won’t archive or delete releases automatically.
