Upcoming changes to usage-based pricing
Monthly plan customers: If you're on a monthly Bitbucket plan and paying for extra usage, you'll continue to be billed as usual. What’s changing is that your allowances will now we pooled at the organization level, not at the workspace level. This change takes effect on October 26, 2026.
If you only have one workspace, effectively nothing changes.
Annual plan customers: If you are on a Bitbucket annual plan, to date, you have not been charged for build minutes or Git LFS storage usage beyond published plan limits. You also couldn't access Packages, our artifact management solution, which is billed based on usage as well.
Starting 2026年12月 3日, annual plans will work the same way monthly plans always have: usage beyond your included allowances is billed at published rates, and all plan features, including Packages, will be available to every customer.

The following table describes our plan options. Each plan comes with a set amount of build minutes for Pipelines and file storage for Git LFS, but you can get additional minutes and storage.

Overage charges
The Standard and Premium plans include overage charges for build minutes, large file storage, and packages for all users in your workspace.

Pipelines 請求パネルを使用する
Bitbucket では、Pipelines 請求パネルを閲覧できるのは、月額プランのワークスペース所有者とワークスペース管理者のみです。
ワークスペース管理者は、ワークスペース内の Pipelines 請求パネルを使用して、現在および過去の請求期間のリポジトリ別のビルド時間消費量を確認できます。このセルフサービス機能により、自社のパイプラインのビルド時間とコストを管理できます。
ワークスペース管理者は、現在および過去の請求サイクルにおけるリポジトリ内の各ビルドのビルド時間消費量を確認できます。
ビルド時間消費量が最も多いリポジトリを特定したら、ワークスペース管理者は、ビルドを時系列に表示して、スパイクの発生箇所を調べることができます。テーブルでリポジトリ名を選択すると、そのリポジトリのパイプライン ページにすばやくアクセスできます。問題となっているビルドが見つかれば、ワークスペース管理者は、その詳細をレビューして根本原因を特定できます。
ワークスペース管理者は、特定のリポジトリをリポジトリ名で検索し、リポジトリ名を選択することでパイプライン ページにすばやくアクセスできます。
請求パネルにアクセスするには、[Workspace settings (ワークスペース設定)] を開いて、[Pipelines usage (Pipelines 利用状況)] を選択します。
プランの変更
現在の Bitbucket プランを変更するには、次の手順を実行します。
上部のナビゲーション バーにある [設定] (歯車アイコン ) を選択します。
[設定] ドロップダウン メニューから [ワークスペース設定] を選択します。
Select Plan details under Plans and Billing on the left sidebar.
Select Upgrade plan or Change plan.
On the Bitbucket Cloud plans page, select the Free, Standard, or Premium button for the plan you want.
[請求情報を入力] 画面に、必要な情報を入力します。
Select Purchase.
完了すると、支払い情報が記録されて、「プランの詳細」ページに新しいプランが表示されます。請求期間の最終日に、ワークスペース内のユーザー数に基づいてクレジットカードに請求します。プランで指定された金額を超えた場合は、追加のビルド時間またはストレージが含まれます。
支払いが行われなかった場合、上限が 5 ユーザーの Free プランにダウングレードされます。Premium プランを利用していた場合、保存済みの Premium 設定は失われます。
If you're billed through our new billing engine, or have been migrated to our new billing engine, your workspace will be deactivated if payment is missed after the payment retry cycle.
クレジットカード情報の更新
アカウントに関連付けられているクレジット カードを変更するには、次の操作を行います。
上部のナビゲーション バーにある [設定] (歯車アイコン ) を選択します。
[設定] ドロップダウン メニューから [ワークスペース設定] を選択します。
左側のパネルの [プランと請求] で [プランの詳細] を選択します。プランの詳細の右側にある [請求の詳細] にクレジット カード情報が表示されます。
Select Update credit card. If you haven't added your credit card yet, you'll see Add credit card.
[請求情報を入力] 画面で、クレジット カード情報を必要に応じて変更します。
Select Purchase.
この画面で更新を行った場合は、カード情報を再度入力する必要があります。
プランに含まれるユーザーの確認
Bitbucket プランを現在使用しているユーザーを表示するには、次の手順を実行します。
上部のナビゲーション バーにある [設定] (歯車アイコン ) を選択します。
[設定] ドロップダウン メニューから [ワークスペース設定] を選択します。
Select Plan details under Plans and Billing on the left sidebar.
On the Plan details page, select See these users to display the user directory for the workspace.
Select View access from the Actions menu to see which repositories they can access and the groups they're in.
Select Remove from the Actions menu to remove users from this list, which also removes them from those groups and repositories.
ワークスペース メンバーのリストをエクスポートする
ワークスペース管理者として、ワークスペースのメンバーであるユーザーのリストをエクスポートできます。リストは CSV ファイルとしてダウンロードされ、各ユーザーの公開名、Bitbucket Cloud アカウントに関連付けられているメール アドレス、最終ログイン日時、2 段階認証で接続しているかどうか、Bitbucket Cloud プランに加入しているかどうかが表示されます。
上部のナビゲーション バーにある [設定] (歯車アイコン ) を選択します。
[設定] ドロップダウン メニューから [ワークスペース設定] を選択します。
左側のナビゲーション サイドバーにある [アクセス管理] という見出しの下の [ユーザー ディレクトリ] を選択します。
右上隅の [エクスポート] ボタンを選択します。
ファイルは [ダウンロード] フォルダー、またはダウンロードしたファイルをコンピューターに保存するように選択した既定の場所に保存されます。

Yes, you share the build minutes, file storage, and packages limits with all users in your workspace.
Pipelines のビルド時間を追加購入することはできますか?
If you're on the Standard or Premium plans, we'll automatically charge you for overages, at $10 for every 1,000 build minutes you start using over the minutes included in your plan.

If you’re on a Standard or Premium plan, we will automatically change you for overages, at $0.35/GB/month for storage and $0.70/GB/month for network transfer volume.

You'll be billed at the end of your billing cycle. Each billing cycle is a month long and varies based on when we started charging you for using Bitbucket Cloud. Your Plan details page will show you the dates of your current billing cycle and the amount of build minutes, file storage, or packages storage or network that your team used that billing period.
現在のプランをアップグレードすると、サイズ制限は現在のリポジトリの 2 GB から増加しますか?

Designated Billing and Technical Contacts can log into their My.Atlassian accounts and download quotes and invoices, make payments, add PO numbers, delete quotes, and make changes to existing/open quotes.
Log into your My.Atlassian account and select the Orders tab in the navigation bar.
[見積書] タブでは、PDF 形式の見積書や請求書をダウンロードしたり、クレジット カード決済を行ったり、PO 番号を追加したり、見積書を変更または削除したりすることができます。
In the Invoices tab, you can see an order's details by selecting the , or downloading a PDF of the paid invoice by selecting the Invoice link in the Actions tab.
