カスタム メール アドレスを設定する手順とは
As an organization admin, you can set up DMARC so that app admins can customize the sender email address of a Jira app or Confluence notification. This section explains the steps you need to take to set up DMARC.
1. メールの送信に使用するドメインを追加する

DNS レコードによって追加するドメインを検証します。ドメインがお客様によって管理されていることを検証して、ドメインの代わりにメールを送信する権限をアトラシアンに付与します。これは、アカウントの管理でドメインを検証する方法とほぼ同じです。違いは、メール認証のドメインの検証で複数の DNS レコードを使用する点です。メール ドメインを追加する方法をご確認ください。
2. DNS レコードをコピーしてドメイン プロバイダーに追加する
ドメインを追加する際、アトラシアンがドメインの所有権を検証し、DMARC が正しく機能するために必要な追加の設定パラメーターを照会できるように、ドメイン プロバイダーに追加する必要がある DNS レコードのリストが提供されます。

DNS レコードが一致することを確認する
ドメイン プロバイダーに DNS レコードを追加する際、DNS の仕組みの性質上、プロバイダーに加えた変更が弊社のシステムに反映されるまでに時間がかかる場合があります。
admin.atlassian.com にドメインを追加すると、24 時間ごとに DNS レコードの確認が実行され、レコードが一致するかどうか判断されます。メール ドメインのエントリに移動し、DNS レコードの確認をいつでも実行して、各レコードの最新のステータスを取得できます。
確認中に一致しない DNS レコードが 1 つでもあれば、組織のすべての管理者に通知するメールが送信されます。すべてのレコードが一致すると、これらのメールを受け取らなくなります。
ドメインの有効化
We configure our systems to send emails on behalf of your domain. We provision this once we confirm that all DNS records match.
プロバイダーで DNS レコードの更新が認識されるまで、プロビジョニングには最大 72 時間を要する場合があります。プロビジョニングが完了すると、ドメインのステータスがアクティブにアップデートされます。
3. Add email addresses for app notifications
After we verify your domain, you can specify the email addresses that you want to use for your app notifications. Add the email addresses that you want to appear in your Jira project or Confluence site settings. Learn how to add email addresses
4. App admins select an email address for notifications
App admins can then select one of these email addresses for the sender email addresses of a notification. The next time recipients receive an email from Jira or Confluence, it includes the selected email address with your domain. The email arrives with no issues because the recipient’s email server knows that it can be trusted.
