Atlassian Maintenance Policy
Atlassian may occasionally need to schedule downtime for your apps to perform essential maintenance, deploy critical fixes, and apply security patches. Whenever possible, we will schedule maintenance (including reasonable emergency maintenance) during periods of low traffic to minimize disruption.
These schedules occur during the set maintenance window from 1:00 AM to 3:00 a.m. each day in the timezone in which the site was created.
Currently, you cannot view or update the maintenance window of your Atlassian site. If you want to make the changes to the maintenance window, you can raise a support request via our support team.
For apps on an Enterprise plan, we will send a notification through System health, as detailed in our System health documentation. We will send this notification 5 days in advance of any planned maintenance event. Advance notifications are not available for maintenance events affecting apps on Standard or Premium plans.
