We’re updating Rovo access controls for Enterprise users. You may see either the original or the new experience in Atlassian Administration. You’ll know you’re on the original experience if you only see options for a blocklist.
Original experience: Block apps from Rovo features
You can control which apps have Rovo features enabled for your users.
Blocking an app will disable all current and upcoming AI features for that app. Rovo AI features like Agents and Chat will also be disabled.
Any content previously generated by Rovo will remain.
If you use multiple Jira family apps on the same site (such as Jira, Jira Service Management, Jira Product Discovery, Customer Service Management, or Assets), blocking Rovo for one Jira family app only disables Rovo features in that app.
Certain AI features common across Jira family apps, such as Rovo AI-powered Search, Chat, and Create with Rovo, remain available as long as any Jira app on that site still has Rovo enabled. To turn off AI features for all Jira apps, make sure to block Rovo access for all Jira apps on that site.
To block an app:
Go to Atlassian Administration. Select your organization if you have more than one.
Select Rovo, then Rovo access. From here, you can configure which apps have access to Rovo features.
Select Add app. You’ll see a list of apps that have Rovo features.
Select the apps you want to disable AI features for.
選択内容を確認します。
Select Block access to confirm.
After you confirm, the table on the Rovo access page will display apps that don't have Rovo features enabled.
In sandbox environments, some features may not be available because of the environment’s specific settings and features.

データと AI の管理
Activating or deactivating AI lets you manage which apps use AI and where AI experience show up for your users. If you have AI activated for any apps on a site, Rovo AI and other AI features can access and use data from any apps on the site. Admins should review Atlassian's AI data handling policies and take steps to manage data-sensitive environments based on your organization's privacy needs.
Any data processed through AI, including Rovo features, is securely transferred using SSL encryption and adheres to Atlassian's data protection guidelines. However, certain AI providers like OpenAI may process data in non-EU regions. More about our data processing practices and sub-processors
