Copy data to sandboxes

Each sandbox is connected to a production app. It doesn’t include any data when it is first created. You can choose to copy all of your production data or only a subset to mirror what you need in your sandbox for testing.

クラウド間でのデータ・コピーを使用してサンドボックス・データを本番環境にコピーすることはお勧めしません。これを行うと、本番環境でデータが重複する可能性があり、それをクリーンアップする必要が生じます。
