What is indexed?

The Box connector indexes these objects:

• Documents (doc, docm, docx, dotm, dotx, log, md, mdkr, mdwn, mdown, mdtext, mdtxt, markdown, txt, text, dic, pot, potm, potx, xd, eml, msg, odt, rtf, xml, xsd, xslt, yaml, yml, readme, json, properties, ini, gitconfig, diff, dif, vsd, vsdx, epub, hcp, ply)

• Spreadsheets (xls, xlsx, xlsb, csv, sltx, ods)

• Presentations (ppt, pptx, pps, ppsm, ppsx, pptm, opd)

• PDFs (maximum 10 MB)

はじめる前に

• Box を Rovo に接続するには、Enterprise アカウントを持つ Box 管理者であり (共同管理者やグループ管理者を除く)、Box アカウントで 2 段階認証 (2FA) をセットアップしている必要があります。

• Rovo は常に権限を遵守します。ユーザーには、すでにアクセス権があるファイルのみが表示されます。

Box に接続する

Box のセットアップ画面を開くには、次の手順に従います。

1. Go to admin.atlassian.com. Select your organization if you have more than one.

2. Select Apps > AI settings > Rovo.

3. Under Sites, next to the site you want to connect, select Add connector.

4. [Box] を選択して [次へ] を押します。

5. Box の接続の名前を入力します。

6. データの使用に関する情報を確認して同意します。

7. [Authorize Box (Box を承認)] を選択します。

8. 新しいタブが開き、Box の承認ステップを進められます。Box の管理者権限を持つアカウントでログインする必要があります。

9. 権限を確認したあと、[Grant access to Box (Box へのアクセスを付与)] を選択します。

次のステップ

Box との接続が完了すると、次のようになります。

1. ファイルは、数時間かけて徐々に検索に表示されるようになります。

2. Your team members will see Box show up as a filter option in Search. If they haven’t connected to Box from their Atlassian account, they may be asked to connect before they can see results. This is required so Rovo can make sure your teammates only see files that they already have access to.

3. Box 内のファイル数によっては、すべてのファイルがインデックス化されて検索に表示されるまでに時間を要する場合があります。
