Can I update the URL used to access an app?

There are a number of reasons why you may want to update the URL used to access Atlassian apps. To make it easier for your team to identify which app instance to use for particular tasks, as a result of a merger or acquisition, or you may want to fully brand your app with your company’s domain.

You can update the URL used to access an app in two ways:

• Update the app URL subdomain.

To update the app URL subdomain you must be an organization admin.

制限事項

• You must have at least one Jira or Confluence app with a Standard, Premium, or Enterprise plan in that site.

• すでに使用されている、または以前に使用されていた URL には更新できません。古い URL はリダイレクトされるため、他のサイトでは使用できません。新しい一意の URL を選択する必要があります。

• You can’t update an app URL more than 3 times. The Update URL button will appear disabled if it has been changed too many times.

• The update applies to all apps in that site. You can’t update the URL for individual apps within the same site.

If you want to fully brand your app, you can use a domain your company owns. For example, Acme Corp could access their apps from the acme.com domain.

Available apps

The Jira family of apps (Jira, Jira Work Management, Jira Service Management, and Jira Product Discovery), Jira Service Management help center, and Confluence are generally available to add custom domains.

• Marketplace and third-party apps and integrations that impact the Atlassian app may be affected by the change

証明書

カスタム・ドメインをリクエストすると、そのドメイン名と、追加した場合はリダイレクト URL に対する SSL 証明書が作成されます。

• 完全修飾ドメイン名ごとに固有の SSL 証明書が必要です。

• 証明書は AWS サービスを使用して作成します。認証局（CA）は amazon.com です。

• 現時点では、独自証明書の持ち込みはできません。

Adding a custom domain won’t affect the email address used by the app to send or receive emails. Whether you can change the email domain used by an app depends on the app:
