You can import data into Jira Cloud apps from other tools in either CSV or JSON format. We recommend CSV in most cases. See the list below for more information about common tools, which format we recommend for them, and how to import their data into Jira.

Asana

If you’d like to import data into a software/business space, you can directly import data from Asana using the new import experience. Read about importing data directly from Asana

Axosoft

Axosoft データを Jira にインポートする場合、CSV 形式でエクスポートすることをお勧めします。

CSV ファイルを作成するには、アイテムの一覧または作業ログに移動して [その他] メニューから [エクスポート] オプションを選択する必要があります。エクスポートですべてのフィールドを選択していることを確認します。すべて選択されていない場合、一部の情報が Jira で表示されない可能性があります。生成された CSV ファイルを保存します。

Basecamp

We recommend contacting your local Atlassian Partner, or checking out the  Atlassian Community  for tips and tricks from other users. You can also develop your own solution based on Basecamp and  Jira public APIs .

Bitbucket

Bitbucket データを Jira にインポートする場合、JSON 形式でエクスポートすることをお勧めします。

Excel

スプレッドシートから不要な情報やマクロをすべて取り除き、表の列に適切なラベルが付いていることを確認します。準備が整ったら、[ファイル] > [名前を付けて保存] を選択し、[形式] ドロップダウンから [CSV] を選択します。

GitHub

Pivotal Tracker

Pivotal Tracker データを Jira にインポートする場合、CSV 形式でエクスポートすることをお勧めします。

Rally

Rally データを Jira にインポートする場合、CSV 形式でエクスポートすることをお勧めします。 

To create a CSV file, go to Rally's Summary page, select Actions > CSV, and save the resulting file. This kind of export will only contain the data visible on the summary page. If you want to export all data, you need to create a custom view first. Check out Rally's documentation for more information.

Redmine

Redmine データを Jira にインポートする場合、CSV 形式でエクスポートすることをお勧めします。

Azure DevOps

We recommend exporting your Azure DevOps data to CSV to import it to Jira. You can use the new import experience to easily import data into a business or a software space.

このプロセスには 2 つのステップがあります。 

1. エクスポートする作業項目を含むクエリを作成します。このクエリを作成する際、Excel スプレッドシートに結果を保存します。 

2. 結果のスプレッドシートを CSV 形式で保存します。

Trello

VersionOne

VisionOne データを Jira にインポートする場合、CSV 形式でエクスポートすることをお勧めします。

In order to create a CSV file, you need to use the VersionOne's custom reporting. Custom reporting allows you to perform an export to different file formats, including CSV. Refer to VersionOne's documentation for help on how to use custom reporting and exporting to CSV.

YouTrack

We recommend exporting your YouTrack data to CSV to import it to Jira. You can use the new import experience to easily import data into a business or a software space.

In order to create a CSV file you need to select the Issues in CSV option from your reports menu in YouTrack. Make sure to prepare the search criteria first so that exported data set is exactly what you want to have imported into Jira. Save the resulting CSV file.
