What are indexed objects?
When you connect a third-party tool to Atlassian using a Teamwork Graph connector (for example, Google Drive, Microsoft Teams, or GitHub), content from that tool is ingested and indexed to make it accessible to Rovo AI features like Rovo Search and Rovo Chat. Each piece of content (a document, a message, a pull request) counts as an indexed object.
Indexed objects are separate from Rovo credits. Connecting Teamwork Graph connectors and indexing data does not consume your Rovo credit allowance.
Indexed objects allowances
Your subscription includes an indexed objects allowance that scales with your seat count and edition level. Allowances are pooled at the organization level.
版 | App/Collection | Indexed objects (per user) |
|---|---|---|
Standard | Jira | 100 |
Confluence | 100 | |
Service Collection / Jira Service Management | 100 | |
チームワーク コレクション | 1000 | |
Premium | Jira | 250 |
Confluence | 250 | |
Service Collection / Jira Service Management | 250 | |
チームワーク コレクション | 2,500 | |
Enterprise | Jira | 625 |
Confluence | 625 | |
Service Collection / Jira Service Management | 625 | |
チームワーク コレクション | 6,250 |
What does not count toward your allowance
The following do not count toward your indexed objects allowance:
Atlassian Cloud objects (for example, Confluence pages, Jira work items)
Objects indexed by Smart Links
Objects from the Gmail, Outlook Mail, and Slack connectors, as these integrate through their app's search and are not indexed by Atlassian
Because allowances are pooled, your total allowance depends on how many seats you have on each product and edition. For example, if your company has 100 users on Confluence Premium, and 50 of those users also on Jira Premium, your organization’s total allowance would be:
37,500 indexed objects (100 users * 250) + (50 users * 250)
This includes items through Data Center connectors such as Confluence Data Center.
Monitoring your indexed objects
Organization admins can see their indexed object count in the usage monitoring dashboard in Admin Hub. This count is provided for visibility only and does not affect your Rovo credit usage or billing.
The count shown reflects the total number of objects currently indexed across Teamwork Graph connectors in your organization.
よくあるご質問
Do indexed objects count toward my Rovo credit usage?
No. Indexed objects are separate from Rovo credits. Adding Teamwork Graph connectors and indexing data does not consume your Rovo credit allowance. Only AI actions such as Rovo Chat, Rovo Agents, and Deep Research consume Rovo credits.
Why can I see indexed objects in my usage dashboard if they are not billed?
The indexed objects count is shown in Admin Hub for visibility, so organization admins can understand the volume of third-party data from Teamwork Graph connectors accessible to Rovo AI.
Can I control which objects are indexed?
We support controls for managing which objects are ingested into the Atlassian platform via the Teamwork Graph connectors settings in Admin Hub.
