現在、Atlassian Government 環境ではバックアップと復元を利用できません。
Using Amazon S3 for storing backups is no longer available, except for customers who've used it in the past.
When you activate a backup policy, backups run according to the schedule you set. To view these backups:
admin.atlassian.com に移動します。複数の組織がある場合は、対象の組織を選択します。
Select Data management > Backups.
In the Backup policy tab, find the policy and select View backups.
Find the backup and select View details.
バックアップの詳細には次の情報が含まれます。

ID | This is the unique identifier for the backup. You can refer to the backup ID if you need to contact our support team. |
ステータス | Shows whether the backup is In Progress, Completed, incomplete, Failed, or Expired. |
Start Time | The time when the backup started running. |
End Time | The time when the backup ended. |
サイズ | The total size of the backup. |
暗号化 | Shows whether your backup is encrypted using the Atlassian-managed keys or customer-managed keys. |
Data included | Entities included in your backup. |
シャード ID | The unique ID of the partition within the Atlassian cloud where your backup is stored. You can see the ID only if backups are stored in the Atlassian storage. |
Region | The exact physical location where the backup is stored. |

After you back up data, you can download a report to see the summary of what data is backed up and what’s not.

バックアップと復元では、次のアクティビティを追跡します。
Status of all backups (Completed, Incomplete, Failed)
Status of all restores (Completed, Incomplete, Failed)
Time when a backup or restore started.
Name of the person who started the backup or restore.
