Atlassian 組織をマージできますか?

If your company has more than one Atlassian organization, you may want to consolidate them so your apps, users, and bills are all managed from the same place.

This is done by transferring all apps from one organization to another. After the transfer, the unwanted organization is deleted.

There are a number of reasons you may end up with multiple organizations, such as structural changes in your company, a merger or acquisition of another business, or app usage growing organically in different teams. There are a few factors that influence whether you can self-manage merging your organizations:

• 組織が複数のサイトを持っているか

• 組織で一元化されたユーザー管理が行われているかどうか

• Whether the current organization has Atlassian Guard Premium

• Whether the current organization has an Atlassian Collection

The following flowchart maps how some of these factors impact whether you can transfer apps to another organization.

2. Select Apps.

3. In the sidebar, under Sites, check how many sites are listed.

If there’s more than one site listed, you have multiple sites.

If Users and Groups ARE NOT listed in the sidebar you are using the original user management. If either the source or destination organization has multiple sites, you can transfer the app instances by yourself. • If the organizations meet the criteria below, our support team may be able to help you transfer and merge the organization.

  • Your source and destination organization is has between 1 to 20 sites.

  • Total events are below 180k, where events is the sum of total users, total groups, and total group memberships.

• If the organization doesn’t meet the criteria above, our support team may be able to turn off centralized user management so you can complete the transfer and merge yourself.

現在の組織が Atlassian Guard Premium を利用しているか

Finally if your current organization has trialled or subscribed to Atlassian Guard Premium now or in the past you will not be able merge your organizations yourself. This is because there are some Atlassian Guard Premium configurations that can’t be transferred to another organization.

Our support team may be able to help you remove these configurations and transfer your Altassian apps to another organization.

Does your current organization have an Atlassian Collection?

You aren’t able to self-manage the transfer of apps that are part of an Atlassian Collection without assistance. Contact our support team for help transferring these apps.

When you merge organizations you’re essentially allowing one group of administrators to manage all app instances, and everything relating to the people who use them.

• You need to keep user cohorts and data completely separate and don’t want the same set of organization admins to be able to access and administer all app instances.

If you later decide you want to manage some app instances in a separate organization, it may not be straightforward to split your organizations. Our support team may be able to help you with this, but it may involve a cloud-to-cloud migration, or rely on exporting and importing data manually.

Can I move selected app instances or sites?
