Set backup schedule
We’re rolling out a new backup and restore experience for customers on the Enterprise plan through a beta program.

We recommend that you schedule your backups daily or weekly so that your data remains protected.
- When you set a schedule, you can choose the date, and we’ll provide you with a time when the backup runs. You can’t choose the time because we have restrictions on running several backups and restores at the same time. 
- If you lose either organization admin or app admin permissions after scheduling a backup, backup will not complete. Backups will start running only after a user with organization admin or app admin permissions updates the policy. 
To schedule a backup:
- admin.atlassian.com に移動します。 複数の組織がある場合は、対象の組織を選択します。 
- Select Data management > Backups. 
- Select Create new policy. 
- In the Policy name field, enter a name for the policy. 
- Select the app. 
- Include or exclude entities as needed. 
- Select Set schedule. 
- From the Frequency dropdown list: - Select One-time if you want to run the backup once. 
- Select Daily or Weekly if you want to run the backup in a daily or weekly schedule. 
 
- Select the date when you want to run the backup. The backup date and time will load. 
- Select Set Schedule.
