Set backup schedule

You can no longer store backups in Amazon S3 storage. Customers who've used S3 storage in the past can still use it.
We recommend that you schedule your backups daily or weekly so that your data remains protected.
When you set a schedule, you can choose the date, and we’ll provide you with a time when the backup runs. You can’t choose the time because we have restrictions on running several backups and restores at the same time.
If you lose either organization admin or app admin permissions after scheduling a backup, backup will not complete. Backups will start running only after a user with organization admin or app admin permissions updates the policy.
To schedule a backup:

Select Data management > Backups.
Select Create new policy.
In the Policy name field, enter a name for the policy.
Select the app.
Include or exclude entities as needed.
Select Set schedule.
From the Frequency dropdown list:
Select One-time if you want to run the backup once.
Select Daily or Weekly if you want to run the backup in a daily or weekly schedule.
Select the date when you want to run the backup. The backup date and time will load.
Select Set Schedule.
