サンドボックスへのアクセスを許可する

Access to the sandbox environment isn’t granted by default to all users as it is a testing environment. When you create a sandbox, only the organization admins will have access to your sandbox. You’ll need to grant access to other people, and the experience of granting access depends on whether you have the centralized or the original user management experience.

一元的なユーザー管理へのアクセスを許可する

In the centralized user management experience, users, groups, and teams exist at the organization level so you won’t need to copy them to your sandbox. And the group names in your sandbox resemble those in your production environment. For example, a group named jira-users-test would be named as jira-users-test-sandbox-123 in the sandbox.

サンドボックスへのアクセスを許可する方法は次のとおりです。

1. 移動 Atlassian Administration. Select your organization if you have more than one.

2. Select Apps > Atlassian apps.

3. ユーザーにアクセスを許可するサンドボックスで、[アクセス管理] を選択します。

4. 適切なサンドボックスのグループにユーザーを追加します。

オリジナルのユーザー管理へのアクセスを許可する

In the original user management experience, users, groups, and teams don’t exist at the organization level. You can choose to create users, groups, and teams separately for the sandbox or copy them from your production environment. How to copy data to sandboxes
