一元的なユーザー管理へのアクセスを許可する

In the production site, users, groups, and teams exist in the organization level, so they don’t need to be copied to the sandbox. After creating a sandbox, only the org admins are given access to the groups. The group names in your sandbox will be similar to the app group names. For example, a group named jira-users-test would be named jira-users-test-sandbox-123 in the sandbox.

サンドボックスへのアクセスを許可する方法は次のとおりです。

1. 移動 [アトラシアンの管理] に移動します。組織が複数ある場合は、対象の組織を選択します。

2. Select Apps.

3. ユーザーにアクセスを許可するサンドボックスで、[アクセス管理] を選択します。

4. 適切なサンドボックスのグループにユーザーを追加します。

When you copy data from the production site to the sandbox, users, groups, and teams are copied separately.

Users will be automatically added to the sandbox team. However, users will not be automatically added to the sandbox group and must be manually added by inviting them to the sandbox.

When you copy data from the production site to the sandbox, the users and groups are also copied, but users are not automatically added to any groups.
