Gain insights into Rovo AI activity

Rovo trends are available to a limited number of Atlassian customers who signed up for early access.

Who can do this?
Role: Organization admin
Atlassian Cloud: Standard, Premium Enterprise
Atlassian Government Cloud: Not available

Get insights into your organization’s Rovo AI activity, and export them in even more detail as a CSV. You can use these analytic trends to monitor adoption of Rovo over time.

To access your organization's analytics for Rovo AI:

  1. 移動 Atlassian Administration. Select your organization if you have more than one.

  2. Select Insights > Rovo trends.

To export your trends as a CSV file (with even more granular detail), select the download icon in the top-right corner and select Export from the pop-up overlay. You’ll receive an email with instructions when your CSV file is ready to download.

Rovo trends provide you with information about your organization’s Rovo AI activity. You’ll only see analytics when AI is activated and data is available to display. Metrics and charts refresh automatically every 48-72 hours.

Rovo AI Adoption is the default view. The default time period is set to the Last 4 weeks but you can change it from a dropdown in the top-right corner. The exact dates that data is pulled from appear to the left of the dropdown.

The Adoption tab tracks how and where users are adopting and engaging with Rovo’s AI features. This helps you see how your organization uses AI across apps like Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, as well as platform apps like Analytics.

A dashboard shows the Adoption tab selected. Three metrics are at the top and two charts are at the bottom.

Adoption metrics

Adoption metrics provide a top-level snapshot of how many users in your organization could use AI, how many actually used AI, and how many times they used it.

  • Users with AI enabled

    • The total number of unique users across all of your AI-enabled apps, in the selected time period.

      • If some or all of your apps didn’t have AI enabled, this metric will reflect less than 100% of users.

  • アクティブ ユーザー数

    • The total number of unique users who actively used AI in the selected time period.

  • Rovo interactions

    • The total number of times Rovo’s large language model (LLM) was asked to generate AI content in the selected time period.

      • This might include chat responses, AI-generated answers, or automations with Rovo agents.

The percentage change for each metric compares the current period to the prior period — for example, the difference in data from the Last 4 weeks compared to the previous 4 weeks.

Adoption charts

Adoption charts illustrate how the number of people using AI, the type of AI features they used, and the specific apps they use AI in, changes over time.

  • Rovo usage over time

    • A line graph that charts the number of Rovo monthly active users, over the selected time period.

      • Filter by feature group to see how often different types of AI features were used

Usage refers to Rovo AI features and is distinct from Rovo credit usage which can be viewed in Platform usage.

  • Rovo interactions by app

    • A donut chart that visualizes the number of Rovo interactions in each of your AI-enabled Atlassian apps. Supported apps include:

      • Confluence

      • Jira

      • Jira Service Management

      • Jira Product Discovery

      • Analytics

      • Home, Goals, Projects, and Teams

      • スタジオ

The Agents tab tracks how and where users are adopting and engaging with Rovo agents, specifically. This helps you identify your most popular agents, building insight into what your teams value most — and to see where agents are most active across Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management, as well as external apps like Slack.

A dashboard shows the Agents tab selected. Three metrics are at the top and one chart is at the bottom.

Agent metrics

Agent metrics provide a top-level snapshot of how many agents were used, how many times those agents were triggered, and how many of those agents were recently created.

  • Active agents

    • The total number of unique agents used at least once in the selected time period.

  • Agent runs

    • The total number of times agents were triggered by users or automations in the selected time period.

  • Agents created

    • The total number of custom agents created in the selected time period.

The percentage change for each metric compares the current period to the prior period — for example, the difference in data from the Last 4 weeks compared to the previous 4 weeks.

Agent chart

The agent chart illustrates how the the number of agents used each month (specifically 28 days) and in each app changes over time.

  • Agent usage over time

    • A line graph that charts the number of unique agents that were used in the past 28 days, across the selected time period. It is an aggregate so if your organization has multiple sites, it quantifies agent usage across all of them.

      • Filter the view by app:

        • Confluence

        • Jira

        • Jira Service Management

        • Home, Goals, Projects, and Teams

        • Rovo

        • スタジオ
