本番データをサンドボックスコピーする

変更を効率的にテストし、変更の影響を評価するために、本番環境からサンドボックスにデータをコピーすることをお勧めします。データのコピーを開始する前に、データのコピー時に何が起こるかを確認してください。

すべてのスペースまたはプロジェクトをコピーする

本番環境からサンドボックスにデータをコピーするたびに、サンドボックス内の既存データが新しいコピーに置き換わります。つまり、上書きされるということです。

データを本番環境からサンドボックスにコピーする手順は以下のとおりです。

1. 移動 Atlassian Administration. Select your organization if you have more than one.

2. Select Apps > Sandboxes.

3. In the table, find the sandbox that you want to copy data to.

4. In the Actions column, select more actions (…) > Copy production data.

5. Select All spaces or All projects.

6. [添付ファイルありでデータをコピーする] または [添付ファイルなしでデータをコピーする] を選択します。

7. コピーするデータをレビューします。

8. [データをコピー] を選択します。

特定のスペースまたはプロジェクトをコピーする

本番環境から特定のプロジェクトまたはスペースを選択してサンドボックスにコピーすると、選択したデータのみがサンドボックスにコピーされます。これにより、データのコピーが高速化されます。

特定のスペースやプロジェクトを本番環境からサンドボックスにコピーする方法。

1. 移動 Atlassian Administration. Select your organization if you have more than one.

2. Select Apps > Sandboxes.

3. In the table, find the sandbox that you want to copy data to.

4. In the Actions column, select more actions (…) > Copy production data.

5. Select Specific spaces or Specific projects and follow the steps.

6. If you want to copy attachments in your sandbox, select Include attachments.

7. If your organization is on the original user management experience, you can choose to Preserve group memberships in your sandbox. More about preserving group memberships

8. Follow the steps to validate and review the data.

Copy data to multiple sandboxes

If you have multiple sandboxes associated with a single sandbox URL, for example a Confluence sandbox and a Jira sandbox, you can copy production data to both the sandboxes simultaneously.

However if you want to copy data from a single production app (for example, Confluence) to sandboxes associated with multiple sandbox URLs, you’ll beed to complete copying data to one sandbox before initiating data copy to other sandboxes.

データが最後にコピーされた日時を確認する

本番データがサンドボックスに最後にコピーされた日時を確認する方法。

1. 移動 Atlassian Administration. Select your organization if you have more than one.

2. Select Apps > Sandboxes.

3. テーブルの [前回のデータ・コピー] 列を表示します。
