本番データをサンドボックスコピーする

To efficiently test changes and assess the impact of changes, you may want to copy data from your production to sandbox. Before you start copying data, learn what happens when you copy data.

すべてのスペースまたはプロジェクトをコピーする

Every time you copy data from your production environment to its sandbox, we’ll replace, that is overwrite, the existing data in your sandbox with the new copy.

データを本番環境からサンドボックスにコピーする手順は以下のとおりです。

1. 移動 Atlassian Administration. Select your organization if you have more than one.

2. Select Apps > Sandboxes.

3. In the table, find the sandbox that you want to copy data to.

4. In the Actions column, select more actions (…) > Copy production data.

5. Select All spaces or All projects.

6. [添付ファイルありでデータをコピーする] または [添付ファイルなしでデータをコピーする] を選択します。

7. コピーするデータをレビューします。

8. [データをコピー] を選択します。

特定のスペースまたはプロジェクトをコピーする

When you select specific projects or spaces from your production environment to copy to its sandbox, we’ll copy only the selected data to the sandbox. This will result in a faster data copy.

特定のスペースやプロジェクトを本番環境からサンドボックスにコピーする方法。

1. 移動 Atlassian Administration. Select your organization if you have more than one.

2. Select Apps > Sandboxes.

3. In the table, find the sandbox that you want to copy data to.

4. In the Actions column, select more actions (…) > Copy production data.

5. Select Specific spaces or Specific projects and follow the steps.

6. If you want to copy attachments in your sandbox, select Include attachments.
   How you grant access to your sandbox depends on whether you have the centralized user management experience or original user management experience.How to give access to users and groups

7. If your organization is on the original user management experience, you can choose to Preserve group memberships in your sandbox. More about preserving group memberships

8. Follow the steps to validate and review the data.

Copy data to multiple sandboxes

If you have multiple sandboxes associated with a single sandbox URL, for example a Confluence sandbox and a Jira sandbox, you can copy production data to both the sandboxes simultaneously.

However if you want to copy data from a single production app (for example, Confluence) to sandboxes associated with multiple sandbox URLs, you’ll beed to complete copying data to one sandbox before initiating data copy to other sandboxes.

Know when data was last copied

本番データがサンドボックスに最後にコピーされた日時を確認する方法。

1. 移動 Atlassian Administration. Select your organization if you have more than one.

2. Select Apps > Sandboxes.

3. テーブルの [前回のデータ・コピー] 列を表示します。
