What is indexed?

The Notion connector indexes these objects:

• ページ

• 名前

• URL

• createdDate

• 最終更新日

• 作成者

• 協力者

• Document body

はじめる前に

• Notion のプランは、無料プランを含め、すべて Rovo でサポートされています。

• Rovo は Notion の 1 つのワークスペースにのみ接続できます。

• Rovo は常に権限を遵守します。ユーザーには、すでにアクセス権があるページのみが表示されます。

Notion への接続

Notion のセットアップ画面を開く手順は以下のとおりです。

1. admin.atlassian.com に移動します。複数の組織がある場合は、対象の組織を選択します。

2. [設定] > [Rovo] の順に選択します。

3. Under Sites, next to the site you want to connect, select Add connector.

4. [Notion] を選択して [次へ] を押します。

続いて Notion を設定する手順は以下のとおりです。

1. Notion の接続の名前を入力します。

2. 免責事項を確認します。

3. [Authorize Notion (Notion を承認)] を選択します。

4. 新しいタブが開き、Notion の承認を順を追って進めることができます。ワークスペースが複数ある場合は、右上でワークスペースを変更できます。Rovo は 1 つのワークスペースにのみ接続できます。

5. [ページを選択] を選択し、Rovo にアクセス権を付与するページとチームスペースをすべて選択します。

6. Notion の承認フローを順を追って進め、アクセスを許可します。接続する権限を確認して同意します。[許可] を選択します。

次のステップ

Notion との接続が完了すると、以下のようになります。

1. ページは、数時間かけて徐々に検索に表示されるようになります。

2. Your team members will see Notion show up as a filter option in Search. If they haven’t connected to Notion from their Atlassian account, they may be asked to connect before they can see results. They’ll be asked (similarly to step 5, above) to select all pages and teamspaces they’d like Rovo to have access to.

3. Depending on the number of files in Notion, it may take some time for all your files to be indexed and appear in Search.
