はじめる前に

• To connect to Rovo you need to be on a Miro Enterprise plan, and your user will need Company Admin permissions.

• You can only connect Rovo to a single team in Miro.

• Rovo は常に権限を遵守します。ユーザーには、ユーザー自身がすでにアクセス権を持っているボードのみが表示されます。

Miro への接続

会社の設定によっては、Atlassian Rovo アプリを使用できることを最初に承認する必要があります。確認方法は次の通りです。

1. Go to miro.com/app/settings/.

2. あなたのチームや組織が左上で選択されていることを確認してください。左側のナビゲーションから、[アプリと統合] > [アプリ] を選択します。

3. [アプリの管理] タブを選択します。

4. [Allow only apps from the list below (下のリストにあるアプリのみを許可する)] が有効になっている場合は、Rovo アプリを事前に承認する必要があります。

   1. [Enter app name or clientID (アプリ名または ClientID を入力してください)] と書かれたテキスト フィールドで「Atlassian Rovo」を検索します。

   2. [承認] を選択します。

   3. 特定のチームに対して有効にすることも、組織全体に対して有効にすることもできます。

5. [Allow only apps from the list below (下のリストにあるアプリのみを許可する)] が無効になっている場合は、それ以上何もする必要はありません。以下の手順を実行すると、アプリが追加されます。

アトラシアンの管理に戻って、Miro の設定画面に移動する方法。

1. Go to admin.atlassian.com. Select your organization if you have more than one.

2. Select Apps > AI settings > Rovo.

3. Under Sites, next to the site you want to connect, select Add connector.

4. [Miro] を選択して [次へ] を押します。

5. Miro の接続の名前を入力します。

6. 免責事項を確認します。

7. [Authorize Miro (Miro を承認)] を選択します。

8. 新しいタブが開き、Miro の承認ステップを進められます。Rovo から接続したいチームを変更することができます。Rovo は 1 つのチームにしか接続できませんが、組織全体で選択できるチームがあります (チームと似ていますが、単なる組織の名前に過ぎません)。

9. 接続する権限を確認して同意します。追加 を選択します 。

次のステップ

Miro との接続が完了すると、次のようになります。

1. ボードは、数時間かけて徐々に検索に表示されるようになります。

2. Your team members will see Miro show up as a filter option in Search. If they haven’t connected to Miro from their Atlassian account, they may be asked to connect before they can see results. This is required so Rovo can make sure your teammates only see files that they already have access to.

3. Miro 内の数によっては、すべてのボードがインデックス化されて検索に表示されるまでにある程度の時間を要する場合があります。
