What is indexed?

The Microsoft Teams connector indexes these objects:

• Chats

• チャンネル

• URL

• メッセージ本文

• Channel name

• Message timestamp

• Conversation participants

はじめる前に

• Teams を Rovo に接続するには、Microsoft Entra の管理者権限が必要です。

• We encourage you to review your permissions in Microsoft Teams. Rovo will index every message in Teams, including private chats and private channels.

Teams に接続する

アトラシアンの管理で Teams のセットアップ画面を開きます。

1. 移動 Atlassian Administration. Select your organization if you have more than one.

2. Select Apps > AI settings > Rovo.

3. Under Sites, next to the site you want to connect, select Add connector.

4. [Microsoft Teams] を選択して [次へ] を押します。

5. In a new tab, log in to your Microsoft account at Entra at entra.microsoft.com.

6. サイド ナビゲーションの [ID] で、[概要] を選択します。

7. クリップボードにコピー ボタンを使用してテナント ID をコピーします。

8. アトラシアンの管理に戻り、Microsoft テナント ID フィールドにテナント ID を貼り付けます。

9. Select Authorize Microsoft Teams.

10. Rovo アプリに必要な権限を受け入れるように Microsoft に誘導されます。

11. Teams フローの手順に従います。

次のステップ

Teams との接続が完了したら、次の手順に従います。

1. メッセージは、数時間かけて徐々に検索に表示されるようになります。

2. Your team members will see Teams show up as a filter option in Search. If they haven’t connected to Teams from their Atlassian account, they may be asked to connect before they can see results. This is required so Rovo can make sure your teammates only see results they usually have access to.

3. Teams のメッセージ数によっては、すべてのメッセージがインデックス化されて検索に表示されるまでに時間がかかる場合があります。
