アトラシアン「製品」は「アプリ」になりました。この用語の変更のロールアウトに伴い、ドキュメント全体で両方の用語が使用されている可能性があります。この変更の理由は次のとおりです

Connect Google Calendar to Rovo

Google Workspace を Rovo に接続するには、Google の管理者権限が必要です。
Rovo will always respect permissions. Users will only ever see events that they already have access to.

To get to the setup screen for Google Calendar:

admin.atlassian.com に移動します。複数の組織がある場合は、対象の組織を選択します。
[設定] > [Rovo] を選択します。
Under Activated sites, next to the site you want to connect, select Add connector.
Select Google Calendar and press Next.

Next, to configure Google Calendar:

Google 管理コンソールにログインして、[メニュー] > [セキュリティ] > [アクセスとデータ管理] > [API の制御] > [ドメイン全体の委任を管理] の順に移動します。
[Add New (新規追加)] を選択します。
Copy the client ID from the Atlassian Administration Google Calendar setup screen and paste it into the Client ID field in your Google Admin Console.
Copy the OAuth scope URL from the Atlassian Administration Google Calendar setup screen and paste it into the OAuth scopes (comma-delimited) field in your Google Admin Console.

次に、アトラシアンの管理に戻ります。

After you’ve finished Connecting Google Calendar:

Events will start to show in Search incrementally over the next few hours.
Your team members will see Google Calendar show up as a filter option in Search. If they haven’t connected to Google Calendar from their Atlassian account, they may be asked to connect before they can see results. This is required so Rovo can make sure your teammates only see events that they already have access to.
Depending on the number of events in Google Calendar, it may take some time for all your events to be indexed and appear in Search.
