Identify and then remove unused fields from a field configuration scheme. You can remove individual fields from your field configuration schemes, but this tool does it quicker and faster.

次のような場合、フィールドは未使用とみなされます。

• 過去 2 年間作業項目で使用されていない

• 画面やスキームに関連付けられていない

• Jira 管理者が作成したもの (Jira、プラグイン、Connect または Forge アプリで作成または使用されていないもの)

If you haven’t used this recently, the tool will run an analysis on your site to find the fields that can be reduced. This might take several hours, depending on the size and complexity of your site. You can also re-run the scan using the Update button to ensure you’re seeing the most up-to-date data.

フィールド構成スキームから未使用のフィールドを削除する

[Remove unused fields from this field configuration scheme (このフィールド構成スキームから未使用のフィールドを削除する)] というセクションで、[Review actions (アクションの確認)] を使用して識別されたフィールドを表示し、[Remove fields (フィールドの削除)] を使用してそれらをクリアします。これにより、現在のスキームとすべての構成設定から未使用のフィールドが削除されます。

作業項目のフィールドのデータは削除されませんが、フィールドをこのスキームに再度関連付けるまで、フィールド値にアクセスできなくなります。

Create scheme variant

バリアントを作成すると、Jira は、現在使用されているフィールドのみを含む、現在選択されているフィールド構成スキームのコピーを作成し、自動的にスペースに関連付けます。

To create a field scheme variant:

1. 独自のスキームで分離するスペースを選択して、[レビュー アクション] を選択します。

2. Use Remove fields to create the variant

このアクションでは、元のフィールド構成スキームは編集されません。変更を元に戻したい場合は、スペース設定で以前のフィールド構成スキームを選択します。

Redefine your configuration schemes

Redefining a field configuration scheme is very similar to creating a scheme variant described above, except that it optimizes every space, and may group several spaces under the same scheme.

To redefine your schemes:

1. Select the Redefine configuration schemes in the Redefine your configuration schemes section.

2. スキームとスペースに加えられる変更を確認します。準備ができたら、[新しいスキームの作成] を使用してプロセスを開始します。この処理には数分かかることがあります。

このアクションでは、元のフィールド構成スキームは編集されません。変更を元に戻したい場合は、スペース設定で以前のフィールド構成スキームを選択します。
