Enable a workflow

Jira 管理者は、チームがワークフローを使用してプロジェクト作業を合理化できるように、ワークフローをアクティブ化する必要があります。ワークフローをアクティブ化するには、ワークフローをワークフロー スキームに含めてから、そのワークフローをプロジェクトと関連付けます。また、チーム全体で共有するためにワークフローをインポート/エクスポートすることもできます。 

ワークフローを有効化する

All workflows in company-managed projects are inactive until you associate them with a workflow scheme. Once the workflow is associated with a scheme, it can then be associated with a company-managed project.

To activate a workflow: 

1. Select Settings (), then under Jira admin settings select Work items.

2. Under Workflows, select Workflow schemes to see a list of active and inactive schemes. 

3. Create a workflow scheme or edit an active workflow scheme. (Select the Active or Inactive headings to expand and collapse the list of workflows.)

4. Add your workflow to the scheme. Read about configuring workflow schemes.

5. Next, you will associate the workflow scheme with your project.

ワークフロー スキームをプロジェクトに関連付ける

To finish activating your workflow, associate the workflow scheme with a project. If a work type is not defined in the project's work type scheme, that specific workflow is not used.

1. ワークフロー スキームと関連付けるプロジェクトを選択します。

2. Next to the name of your project in the sidebar, select More actions (•••), then Project settings.

3. [ワークフロー] を選択します。 プロジェクトが現在使用しているワークフロー スキームが表示されます。

4. [スキームの切り替え] を選択し、スキームのリストから関連するワークフロー スキームを選択します。 

5. [関連付け] を選択し、移行プロセスを開始します。各作業項目には有効なステータスが必要です。そのため、ワークフロー スキームを切り替えた後で複数の作業項目にステータスを割り当てる必要がある場合があります。 

注意点

• All work items need a valid status. After you switch workflow schemes, you may need to assign new status to some work items.

• Because all work items must move through a workflow, your Jira project must always be associated with a workflow scheme.

• To disassociate a custom workflow scheme from a project, simply associate the project with the default workflow scheme instead.

Export a workflow

For security reasons, only site admins can export workflows from Jira. Read about exporting workflows.
