スペースを非表示
「非表示」のスペースは管理者権限を持つユーザーには引き続き表示されますが、一般ユーザーはそのスペースの作業項目を検索、表示、変更することはできません。

Create a new permission scheme, and leave all of the permissions empty:

権限スキームを選択し、権限スキームを追加をクリックします。
Associate the new permission scheme with the space that you wish to hide (see the section Associating a Permission Scheme with a Space):
設定 () を選択し、次に スペース を選択します。関連するスペースを選択してください。
Open the Space Summary administration page for that space. (See Configuring spaces.)
権限セクションで、現在のスキームの名前を選択します。
操作メニューを選択し、別のスキームの使用を選択します。
「権限スキームをスペースに関連付け」ページで、利用可能なすべての権限スキームが一覧表示されるので、スペースに関連付けたい権限スキームを選択します。
関連付けボタンを選択して、スペースを権限スキームに関連付けます。
Jira 管理者または組織管理者の場合は、非表示のスペースも引き続き表示できます。これらの管理者権限を持たないユーザーは、非表示のスペースを表示できません。
組織管理者と認可されたGuard Detect管理者は、監査ログとセキュリティアラートでスペースタイトルを確認できます。スペースのコンテンツは表示されず、タイトルのみが表示されます。
