Custom onboarding lets you create tailored onboarding experiences for different teams within your organization. This means you can embed your company’s best practices, internal Jira documentation, and branded welcome messages directly into onboarding flows. Read more about custom onboarding

カスタム オンボーディングを設定する

When new users join Jira, the first thing they’re asked to do is select what kind of work they do. For example, do they work in software development, project management, marketing, or another role? We use this information to suggest templates and features in Jira that will be most relevant to their role.

組織内の 14 種類の異なるロールに対してカスタムオンボーディングを作成できます。各ロールは 1 つのオンボーディング体験にのみ割り当てることができますが、1 つのオンボーディング内に複数のロールを含めることができます。たとえば、14 のロールすべてをカバーする 1 つのオンボーディング体験を用意することもできますし、貴社内で最も関連性の高いロールをカバーするいくつかの異なるオンボーディング体験を用意することもできます。

Allow your team to create custom onboarding

Jira admins can create, edit, and view analytics for custom onboarding. They can also grant any user the Manage custom onboarding permission so that team members with the most context and expertise can create and edit onboarding material without being a Jira admin.

Access the custom onboarding hub

• If you’re a Jira admin, access the custom onboarding hub by selecting Settings (), then Jira apps, then Custom onboarding.

• If you’ve been granted access to custom onboarding by a Jira admin, select Settings (), then Manage custom onboarding.

カスタムオンボーディング体験の作成

To create a new custom onboarding experience:

1. Select Settings (), then select Jira apps (if you can’t see Jira apps, select Products).

2. サイドバーでカスタムオンボーディングを選択します。

3. Select Create new onboarding.

4. Enter a name for the onboarding experience.

5. Select what roles you want to target, then select Next.

6. Add your onboarding content:

   1. タイトルを選択して独自のタイトルを入力してください。

   2. タイトルの下のテキストを選択して、独自のウェルカムメッセージを入力してください。

   3. Under Useful link, select Edit () to add a link to your internal Jira documentation. This will be displayed as a Smart Link to enable dynamic content and permission controls. What products support Smart Links?

   4. Select Edit cover to embed a video or upload a background image (you can do either, or both). You can embed a video from Loom, YouTube, Google Drive, Vimeo, Dropbox, or Box.

7. ステップを追加を選択して、別のステップを追加します（最大 3 ステップまで）。

8. プレビューを選択して、新規ユーザーにオンボーディング体験がどのように表示されるかを確認します。

9. オンボーディングを有効にするを選択して完了します。ステップ 5 で選択したロールに属する新規ユーザーに、カスタム オンボーディング エクスペリエンスが表示されるようになります。

   1. オンボーディングをドラフト状態で保存するには、[Save without enabling (有効化せずに保存)] を選択します。後で有効にするには、再度編集するか、オンボーディング ハブから直接有効にします。

Edit or delete a custom onboarding experience

既存のカスタム オンボーディング エクスペリエンスを更新するには、次の手順に従います。

1. Select Settings (), then Products.

2. サイドバーでカスタムオンボーディングを選択します。

3. テーブルで、編集したいオンボーディング エクスペリエンスを見つけて、アクション (•••) を選択します

   1. オンボーディング エクスペリエンスを更新するには、[編集] を選択します。

   2. オンボーディングを削除するには、削除を選択します。

カスタムオンボーディングエクスペリエンスの有効化または無効化

カスタムオンボーディングエクスペリエンスを有効または無効にするには：

1. Select Settings (), then Products.

2. サイドバーでカスタムオンボーディングを選択します。

3. In the table, find the onboarding experience you want to edit and select Actions (•••)

   1. オンボーディングを非表示にするには、無効にするを選択します。オンボーディング エクスペリエンスが無効になっている場合、誰にも表示されません。

   2. 新規ユーザーにオンボーディングを表示するには、有効にするを選択します。

   3. オンボーディングを完全に削除するには、削除を選択します。削除されたオンボーディング エクスペリエンスは、後で復元できません。
