独自のドメインでメールを送信するよう Jira Cloud を設定する
はじめる前に
この記事に記載されている手順は、Atlassian Cloud サイト管理者またはドメインの設定を変更できるユーザー (通常は IT 組織のメンバー) が実行する必要があります。
Emails that are sent out using a custom email address other than the atlassian.net domain from Jira cloud can be rejected by DMARC if without a domain-specific DKIM signature. If you do want to configure a custom email address for your space, it must be added at admin.atlassian.com by your organization admins. Find out about adding custom email addresses for sending emails from your domain.
Configure a space's sender email address
When you set the sender address for a space, all notifications are sent from this address. This setting is specific to the space and won't affect the configuration of other spaces.
To configure the sender address for a space:
Choose Settings () > Spaces.
Next to the name of your space in the sidebar, select More actions (•••), then Space settings.
Select Notifications > Internal notifications from the space sidebar.

[メール] ドロップダウンから、カスタム メール アドレスを選択するか、初期設定の Jira Cloud メールを使用します。

7. なお、初期設定の Jira Cloud メール アドレスを使用する場合は、メール プレフィックスをカスタマイズすることもできます。
8. [保存] を選択します。
This email address will now be used as the sender address in all email notifications sent by this space.
受信メール
Whatever you set as a sender address for a space will also serve as the reply address for responses to notifications, which can work in conjunction with creating work items and comments from email
この機能は、次の例に示すように、メール プロバイダの既定のアドレスまたはカスタム ドメインを使用している場合にのみ使用できます。

abcdefg@gmail.com
abcdefg@outlook.com.
次の例に示すように、部分カスタム ドメインに対しては使用できません。customPrefix@sitename.jira-dev.comjira@customPrefix.jira-dev.com
