Share and collaborate on your dashboard
When you’re ready to share your dashboard with teammates and stakeholders, you can either collaborate directly on the dashboard or use any of the available sharing methods.
Prerequisite: Give people access to the dashboard
Before anyone can view your dashboard or the charts within it, you’ll need to grant them access to the dashboard. Read how to grant access to a dashboard
Collaborate with comments
Leave comments either on the dashboard or on individual charts and use @mentions to tag specific people with access to the dashboard.
Comment on dashboards
Discuss insights and ask questions directly on dashboards. Read more about dashboard-level comments

Sharing methods
Share dashboards
You can share a static version of the dashboard by exporting it as a PDF, CSVs, or JSON. If you want viewers to be able to interact with it, you could share a direct link to it or embed the dashboard into another Atlassian app using Smart Links. Read more about sharing dashboards
Share charts
Similar to sharing dashboards, you can share a static version of a chart by exporting it as a CSV, PDF, PNG, or SVG. You can also share a direct link to the chart or embed it into another Atlassian app using Smart Links. Read more about sharing charts
Set up dashboard subscriptions
If you need to share a dashboard on a recurring basis, you can schedule dashboard subscriptions to automatically send an email with a PDF copy or CSV files of the dashboard data to a set of recipients. Read more about how to set up dashboard subscriptions
