Create automation rules for authentication policies
You can create a rule from scratch with the rule builder or use templates that include preset conditions and actions for a faster setup. When you create a rule, you automate authentication policy actions based on criteria that you set. Automation rules include three parts: triggers that kick off the rule, conditions that refine the rule, and actions that perform tasks. Essential concepts of automation rules
Create automation rules with the rule builder
To create a rule:
アトラシアン管理に移動します。 複数の組織がある場合は、対象の組織を選択します。
[セキュリティ] > [認証ポリシー] の順に選択します。
Select the automation icon, then select Create automation.
In the rule builder, select a trigger for the rule.
To set additional conditions, actions, or branches on the rule, select Add component.
Give your rule a name and select Turn on rule.
After you create the rule, you can edit its details at any time from Rule details.
Create automation rules with templates
Create rules with a template to reduce the steps needed to automate authentication policies. For example, start with the User added to a group template to assign a user in a group to an authentication policy. You can further build the rule by adding specific conditions and actions tailored to your requirements.
テンプレートからルールを作成するには、次の手順に従います。
アトラシアン管理に移動します。 複数の組織がある場合は、対象の組織を選択します。
Select Security > Authentication policies.
Select the automation icon, then select Manage automations > Templates.
Select the template from the list. The rule builder screen will appear with the pre-selected triggers, conditions, and actions.
If you want to set additional conditions, actions, or branches on the rule, select Add component.
Give your rule a name and select Turn on rule.
After you create the rule, you can edit its details at any time from Rule details.
