Rovo コネクタを管理する

Rovo connectors enable you to connect third-party products outside Atlassian to enhance Rovo Agents, Search, and Chat. Before connecting to a third-party product, we recommend reviewing the types of data stored in that product, and confirming that connecting the data aligns with your internal data use policies and practices.

Types of connectors

There are two types of Rovo connectors:

• Admin-managed connectors - setup by an admin to access all the third-party content (while still respecting permissions)

• Smart Link connectors - don’t need to be setup by an admin, and instead use Smart Link data to show results based on an individual user’s permissions and history. More on Smart Link connectors

Admin-managed connectors

Before you setup

To setup Rovo admin-managed connectors, you need to:

On each site with Rovo, most admin-managed connectors can only be used to connect to a single workspace. This means that:

• On a single Rovo site (for example, yoursite.atlassian.net), you can only connect each product once (Google Drive)

• Each different site with Rovo can connect to a different product workspace (your company's Google Drive) using its own connector.

スマート リンク コネクタ

As well as the admin-managed connectors, your teammates will have access to a number of other apps in Search using Smart Link connectors. Smart Link connectors don’t need to be setup by an admin, and instead use Smart Link data to show results based on individual user’s permissions.
