Rovo コネクタを管理する

Rovo connectors enable you to connect third-party apps outside Atlassian to enhance Rovo Agents, Search, and Chat. Before connecting to a third-party app, we recommend reviewing the types of data stored in that app, and confirming that connecting the data aligns with your internal data use policies and practices.

コネクタの種類

There are four types of Rovo connectors:

1. Synced connectors: Providing the highest quality for your search and chat, these connectors are setup by an Admin to sync all your workspace content.

2. Synced Lite connectors: These connectors sync and index each user’s content as they connect from Rovo Search.

3. Direct connectors: Connect to third-party data sources without indexing any data into Atlassian. Results are retrieved live via search APIs during a search or chat.

4. Smart Link connectors: Don’t need to be setup by an admin, and instead use Smart Link data to show results based on an individual user’s permissions and history.

To set up Rovo connectors, you need to have organization admin permissions in admin.atlassian.com. Learn about permissions

サイトごとのコネクタ

Rovo がある各サイトでは、ほとんどのコネクタは 1 つのワークスペースとの接続にしか使用できません。これは、次のことを意味します。

• On a single Rovo site (for example, yoursite.atlassian.net), you can only connect each app once (Google Drive)

• Each different site with Rovo can connect to a different app workspace (your company's Google Drive) using its own connector.

The only connectors that can be setup multiple times on a single Rovo site are the Custom website connector and the Jira Data Center Connector.

After admin setup

Users may need to connect to the external apps to ensure they see only the data they have permission to access. They might not have to perform this step if they have previously connected their Atlassian account to the app.

Once the connector is setup and the user has connected it with the app, Rovo can use and show that data in Search, Chat, and Agents.

Monitor connector health

You can easily see if your connectors are syncing, disconnecting or require attention. Just click the status icon for more info and steps to fix any issues, like re-authenticating or updating permissions. We suggest checking your connectors page often to keep everything running smoothly.

Connectors that don’t require admin setup

A number of connectors are also available without an admin to setup. These connectors become available once an end user connects through Rovo Search.

Connectors that don’t require admin setup are:

• Google Drive (as a Synced Lite connector)

• All the Smart Link connectors listed below.

Your teammates will have access to many other apps in Search using Smart Link connectors. Smart Link connectors don’t need to be setup by an admin, and instead use Smart Link data to show results based on individual user’s permissions.
