Space permissions, roles, and work-level security aren't customizable in Jira Free. If your site has always been on a Free plan, everyone with access to Jira is an admin for all Jira spaces. If you change to a Free plan or migrate from Jira Data Center to a Free plan, space permissions are kept in their current state but anonymous access (if you had granted it) is removed. You'll need to upgrade again to change permissions. Read more about Space permissions, roles, and work-level security in Free plans.
Work-level security isn't customizable for Jira Service Management Free. To set the security level of individual work items in Jira Service Management, upgrade to the Standard, Premium or Enterprise plan.
監査ログ
If all of your Jira Cloud apps are on the Free plan, you won't have access to audit logs to track events like changes to global permissions on your site. Once you upgrade any app to Standard or above, you'll be able to use audit logs for your Jira Cloud site.
メール通知
Jira can send a maximum of 100 emails per day on the Free plan. After 100 emails, notifications are paused until the following day. You can upgrade your plan to allow for more email notifications. When upgrading to a paid plan, it may take up to 30 days for this limit to be lifted. If you're trialing a Standard, Premium or Enterprise plan, or have recently upgraded to a paid plan, and need to increase your daily email limit, contact our support team.

アトラシアンは、非アクティブな期限付き Free Jira Cloud サイトを非アクティブ化する権利を留保します。
アクティビティには、ダッシュボードを開く、レポートをチェックする、作業項目を表示する、管理者設定に行くなどが含まれます。例えば、スペースボードを開いてタスクを確認した場合、それはアクティビティとして計上されます。
サイトが非アクティブであるために無効化される可能性がある場合、サイト管理者にメールが送信されます。その場合、サイト管理者はサイトにログインし、何らかの操作を行って無効化を防止する必要があります。
