Optimize work items in your site

The work item archival tool in the Site optimizer helps administrators remove work items in bulk that are no longer relevant. Archiving work items can improve the speed and responsiveness of your site.

To archive work items using the Site optimizer, select System from your global settings, Site optimizer, then Work items from the sidebar.
このページには次の情報が表示されます。
the total number of active work items in your site
パフォーマンス データに基づいて推奨する理想の数値
この推奨値は厳しい制限ではなく、超えても構いません。ただし、この数字は、サイトのパフォーマンスが低下し始める時期を反映したものであると考えられます。

最後の操作番号が表示されない場合は、サイトでこの機能が一度も使用されていないことを意味します
Based on these numbers, you can archive work items to improve site performance.
Archive work items in bulk
Select the work items you want to archive using JQL rules. Under Archive old work items, select a rule from the Preset filters button or use the text box next to it to write a custom JQL query. Once you’ve chosen a query, use the to run your query.
Once you’ve run the query, select the projects from which you’d like to archive work items, then select Archive work items.
