Manage permissions for custom onboarding

Jira admins can grant any user the Manage custom onboarding permission, allowing team members with the most context and expertise to create and edit onboarding materials without being a Jira admin.

To grant a user the Manage custom onboarding permission:

1. Access the custom onboarding hub by selecting Settings (), then Jira apps, then Custom onboarding.

2. Select Manage permissions (next to Create onboarding).

3. Select the option Jira admins and selected user groups.

4. Select the user group you want to grant the Manage custom onboarding permission to.

5. Select Save to finalize.

You can also grant the Manage custom onboarding permission in global permission settings. Read more about managing global permissions
