サブタスクの設定
As a Jira administrator, you can create subtask work types to split up larger pieces of work into tasks that can be assigned and tracked separately by your teams. Subtasks are enabled by default; however, you can choose to disable them if your teams only need to work with standard work types.
You can create workflow conditions to ensure that all sub-tasks are completed before a parent work item can be resolved. You can also define automation rules to generate specific subtasks based on conditions in your workflows. For complex requirements, consider creating separate automation rules to avoid conflicts between workflows and test your configurations.
サブタスク作業タイプを有効または無効にする
サブタスクは既定で有効になっています。サブタスクを無効にするには、まず既存のサブタスクを標準作業タイプに変換する必要があります。
[] > [作業項目] の順に選択します。
[作業タイプ] で、[サブタスク] を選択します。
必要に応じて、サブタスクの [有効化] または [無効化] を選択します。
サブタスク作業タイプを作成する
[] > [作業項目] の順に選択します。
[作業タイプ] で、[サブタスク] を選択します。
[サブタスク作業タイプを追加] を選択します。
名前と説明を入力して、新しいサブタスク作業タイプを定義します。
新しい作業タイプに関連付ける作業タイプ スキームを選択します (任意)。
[追加] を選択します。
Work types are associated to spaces using a work types scheme, allowing you to select the suitable scheme for your needs. You can add or remove the work type to other schemes at any time. For details, check out Associate work types with space
サブタスク作業タイプを編集する
[] > [作業項目] の順に選択します。
[サブタスク] を選択します。
該当のサブタスク作業タイプを見つけて、[編集] を選択します。
必要に応じて、名前、説明、アバターを編集して、[更新] を選択します。
サブタスクのステータスに基づいて親作業項目のワークフローをブロックする
サブタスクのステータスに基づいてワークフロー トランジションをブロックする、サブタスク ブロック条件を備えたカスタム ワークフローを作成できます。このような条件により、親作業項目のすべてのサブタスクが解決されるまで親作業項目が解決されないようにすることができます。
[] > [作業項目] の順に選択します。
[ワークフロー] を選択します。
該当のワークフローを見つけて、[編集] を選択します。
トランジション (例: 解決) を選択し、[条件] を選択します。
[条件を追加] を選択します。
[サブタスク ブロック条件] を選択し、[追加] を選択します。
サブタスクのステータス (例: 完了、解決済み) を選択し、[追加] を選択します。
サブタスク作業タイプを削除する
サブタスク作業タイプを削除する前に、そのタイプの作業項目をすべて検索し、それらを一括編集して、既存の他の作業タイプを選択しておくことをお勧めします。これで、既存の作業に影響を与えることなく、元のサブタスク作業タイプを削除できます。
[] > [作業項目] の順に選択します。
[作業タイプ] で、[サブタスク] を選択します。
該当のサブタスク作業タイプを見つけて、[削除] を選択します。
