Add, edit, and delete a work item workflow scheme

新しいワークフロー スキームの追加方法

  1. [設定] ()、[作業項目] の順に選択します。

  2. [ワークフロー] セクションで、ワークフロー スキームをクリックします。

  3. [ワークフロー スキームの追加] を選択します。

  4. 新しいワークフロー スキームの名前と説明を入力します。

  5. [Add (追加)] を選択します。新しいワークフロー スキームが作成されます。

How to configure a workflow scheme associated with a space

  1. Select Settings (), then Spaces.

  2. [スペース] 設定ページの左側にある [ワークフロー] を選択します。[ワークフロー] ページが表示されて、スペースで使用されている現在のワークフロー スキームが表示されます。以下のテーブルによってワークフロー スキームを設定します。 

  3. [ワークフローの公開] ページで [関連付け] を選択し、移行プロセスを開始します。各作業項目は有効な状態にしておく必要があります。作業項目の有効な状態はワークフローによって定義されます。つまり、ワークフローを変更する際には、変更後に特定の作業項目のステータスを Jira に伝える必要がある場合があります。

  4. [承認] を選択してプロセスを終了します。

ワークフロー スキームに目的の作業タイプを構成します。これはワークフローの編集 (画面中央のワークフロー図で [編集] ボタンを選択) とは異なります。実行すると、ワークフロー スキームの下書きを公開するように求められます。

スキームにワークフローを追加する

  1. Select Add Workflow, and select Choose From Marketplace or Add Existing. After selecting Import From Bundle, you can select a workflow From Atlassian Marketplace. Select the desired workflow and work types.

ワークフローを編集する

目的のワークフローにカーソルを合わせて、[編集] ボタンを選択します。[編集] ボタンは編集権限がある場合のみ表示されます。

スキームからワークフローを削除する

スキームからワークフローを削除するには、[操作] の下の十字アイコンを選択します。

Change the work types associated with a workflow

1. Select the Assign link under Work Types for the desired workflow.
2. Select the desired work types in the dialog that appears.
3. Select Finish.

ワークフローのテキストベース表現を表示する

Hover over the desired workflow, and select the View as Text link.

スキーム名の横にある [スキームの切り替え] ボタンを選択します。

How to configure a workflow scheme outside a space

You can use this procedure to edit any workflow scheme in the system, including those shared by multiple spaces. The workflow scheme can be either active or inactive.

  • If your workflow scheme is associated with a space, use the instructions above instead.

  • ワークフロー スキームがアクティブな場合、編集した時にワークフロー スキームの下書きが作成されます。

  1. [設定] ()、[作業項目] の順に選択します。

  2. In the Workflows section, select Workflow schemes.

  3. Select the Edit link for the desired workflow.

  4. 以下の表で説明されているようにワークフロー スキームを編集します。

  5. ワークフローがアクティブな場合、公開して変更をアクティブにする必要があります。

  1. [ワークフローを追加] を選択して、[バンドルからインポート] または [既存を追加] を選択します。バンドルからインポートを選択すると、Atlassian Marketplace からが選択できます。

  2. Select the desired workflow and work types.

スキームからワークフローを削除する

[操作] 列の [削除] リンクを選択します。

ワークフローの表現を表示する

ワークフロー名の横にあるテキストまたは図のリンクを選択します。

Remove a work type from the scheme

Select the x next to the name of the work type to remove it.
