Add, edit, and delete a work type scheme

As a Jira administrator, you can create and use work type schemes to associate a set of work types with a space. Your space administrators can then choose which work type scheme makes the most sense for the work being done in each of their spaces. 

Add a new work type scheme

1. [設定] () > [作業項目] の順に選択します。

2. [作業タイプ スキーム] を選択します。

3. Select Add work type scheme.

4. Enter a name and description that defines the types of work items you'll be adding to this scheme. 

5. このスキームに追加する作業タイプを利用可能な一覧から選択するか、[作業タイプの追加] をクリックして、新しい作業タイプを作成します。 

6. このスキームの作業タイプをドラッグ アンド ドロップして、作業項目の作成時に表示される順序を変更します。

7. 新しい作業項目の作成時に最初に表示される既定の作業タイプを選択します。

8. [保存] を選択します。

Delete a work type scheme

作業タイプ スキームを削除する前に、すべてのスペースが別のスキームに関連付けられていることを確認するようお勧めします。また、作業タイプ移行ウィザードは、スキームを削除するときに移行する必要がある既存の作業タイプを把握するのに役立ちます。 

1. [設定] () > [作業項目] の順に選択します。

2. 「作業タイプ」セクションで、作業タイプ スキームを選択します。

3. 削除するスキームを見つけて、[削除] をクリックします。

作業タイプ移行ウィザードを使用する

The migration wizard helps you migrate work items to an existing work type when you are editing or deleting a work type scheme. You will be automatically prompted to use the wizard whenever you're removing an existing work type when editing or deleting a work type scheme.

1. ウィザード内で新しい作業タイプを選択します。 

2. 新しいステータスとフィールド値を設定します。 

3. 移行する必要がある作業タイプごとに繰り返します。 

4. Review the summary of your changes and select Confirm.
