"Content management" dashboard template
This dashboard helps you understand the organization, freshness, and status of your content.
Controls on the dashboard
Space name | “Dropdown” control to specify the spaces that this dashboard should focus on. |

Page title | “Text input” control that lets you filter the “Page details” chart by partial matches for page titles. |

Charts on the dashboard
Select slices in the pie charts to update the results in the “Page details” table. This lets you drill down into your content to quickly identify pages that need changes.

Use this to help you understand and maintain the freshness of your content.
Pages by most recent updates
A breakdown of your active pages based on how long it’s been since they were last updated
Use this to help you understand and maintain the freshness of your content.
Pages with labels
The percentage of your active pages that have at least one label added to them
Use this to help ensure your content is being organized to your standards.
Page details
A list of all pages that match the filter criteria, including the space name, the created date, the date that the page was last updated, and the labels applied to it.
You can also filter this chart by page title and labels.
