Get started with Atlassian Analytics
Learn how to add Atlassian Analytics to a site and understand what you need to query data and create charts.
Only customers with Cloud Enterprise plans for Jira, Jira Service Management, or Confluence can add Atlassian Analytics.
You can add Atlassian Analytics to an existing site from admin.atlassian.com or while using another Atlassian product.
You must be an organization admin to set up Atlassian Analytics on a site.
To add Atlassian Analytics from admin.atlassian.com:
Select Products > Add product.
From the Select site screen, select the site that you want to add Atlassian Analytics to. This will take you to the Discover new products screen.
Under the Plan, track, and support section, you’ll find Analytics listed. Select Try it now.
Select Get started.
To add Atlassian Analytics while using another Atlassian product:
From the global navigation, select Switch to () > More Atlassian products.
Under the Plan, track, and support section, you’ll find Analytics listed. Select Try it now.
Select Get started.
After completing these steps, you’ll automatically start the process to create your first connection to the Atlassian Data Lake.
If you don’t see Analytics in the list of products to add but you’re a Cloud Enterprise customer, create a support ticket for Atlassian Analytics, and our team will look into it.
