What is a backup policy

When you create a backup policy, you can:
assign an app to back up
select entities
set a schedule
All backups are stored in Atlassian storage, and can be restored within 14 days.
You can run backups once or schedule daily or weekly. We provide you with a time slot when your backups will run. Because of concurrency limitations, you can’t select a time of your choice.
Set backup schedule
Set a schedule to run backups regularly so your data always remains protected
Activate a policy
Activate a backup policy to start running backups
View backups
View backups for the backup policy
