If you want to ensure a clean slate for the next round of testing or free up a sandbox linked to particular production site, you can delete your sandbox and start with a new one. You can restore a deleted sandbox, with all its data, within 30 days of deletion. How to restore a sandbox
You can delete an individual sandbox or an entire sandbox site. Deleting a sandbox won’t impact your app in production.
If you delete a sandbox site:
all sandboxes within that site will be deleted
the site will be available in an offline state and it will be permanently deleted only after 30 days. More about the states of a sandbox
you can reuse its URL only 30 days after the site is permanently deleted. If you want to reuse the sandbox site URL before that, you’ll need to reset your sandbox by contacting support. Resetting your sandbox will clear all information but retain the URL.

移動 Atlassian Administration. Select your organization if you have more than one.
Select Apps > Sandboxes.
In the table, find the sandbox that you want to delete.
In the Actions column, select more actions (…) > Delete sandbox.
