次回のテストでクリーンな状態を確保したい場合や、特定の本番サイトにリンクされているサンドボックスを解放したい場合は、サンドボックスを無効化して新しいサンドボックスで開始できます。無効化されたサンドボックスは、無効化から 30 日以内であれば、すべてのデータと共に復元できます。サンドボックスを復元する方法
You can deactivate an individual sandbox or an entire sandbox site. Deactivating a sandbox won’t impact your app in production.
If you deactivate a sandbox site:
all sandboxes within that site will be deactivated
the site will be available in an offline state and it will be permanently deleted only after 30 days. More about the states of a sandbox
you can reuse its URL only 30 days after the site is permanently deleted. If you want to reuse the sandbox site URL before that, you’ll need to reset your sandbox by contacting support. Resetting your sandbox will clear all information but retain the URL.

To deactivate a sandbox:
移動 Atlassian Administration. Select your organization if you have more than one.
Select Apps > Sandboxes.
In the table, find the sandbox that you want to deactivate.
In the Actions column, select more actions (…) > Deactivate sandbox.
Deactivate a sandbox site
To deactivate a sandbox site:
移動 Atlassian Administration. Select your organization if you have more than one.
Select Apps > Sandboxes.
In the table, find the sandbox that you want to deactivate.
In the Actions column, select more actions (…) > Deactivate sandbox URL.
