Rovo の使用量上限
Rovo credits are included in all paid Jira, Confluence, Service Collection and Teamwork Collection cloud subscriptions.

Atlassian is not currently billing for extra usage above your Rovo credit allowance. We'll give you at least 90 days' notice before credit limits take affect, and you'll never be billed for extra usage unless you explicitly opt in to allow it for your organization.
To support increased visibility and budget management, you’ll see Rovo credits and variable rates reflected in your Atlassian Administration dashboard starting in August 2026.
Rovo features that are in beta continue to be free to use and do not count against your Rovo credit allowance, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
When using our services, customers must comply with the Atlassian Acceptable Use Policy.
Rovo クレジットの仕組み
Rovo usage is measured in Rovo credits (formerly "AI credits"). These credits are consumption units, based on your interactions with specific Rovo AI features and API calls to the Teamwork Graph. Credit costs are determined by the complexity of the interaction.

Because allowances are pooled at the organization level, your total monthly allowance depends on the number of seats you have for each product and edition.
For example, if your company has 100 users on Confluence Premium, and 50 of those users are also on Jira Premium, your organization’s total monthly allowance would be:

Storing third-party indexed objects does not consume Rovo credits, and by default, we won’t charge for indexed object storage beyond your limit. They appear in your usage dashboard for visibility only.
How Rovo credits work for Think Deeper
Think Deeper in Rovo Chat uses a multi-step reasoning engine powered by premium frontier models. Unlike a basic chat in Quick Answer mode, which runs a single inference pass, Think Deeper dynamically plans, searches, reasons, and iterates to return a thorough answer, with built-in quality validation that automatically retries if it doesn't meet the threshold.
Instead of a flat rate, the number of Rovo credits used in Think Deeper vary based on the computational effort and complexity of your request, including:
Reasoning steps: The number of logic layers the system navigates to find an answer.
Search volume: The amount of content and data the system needs to scan and synthesize.
Tools invoked: The number of external tools and data sources invoked during the process.
Model power: The specific frontier models applied at each stage of the reasoning process.
A simple synthesis might use around 50 credits, while deep cross-project research may use 100 credits or more. This model ensures you only pay for the actual compute effort your question requires.
How Rovo credits work for Teamwork Graph API
Atlassian’s powerful Teamwork Graph (TWG) provides deeply connected organizational intelligence. TWG is accessible to external AI tools via API calls that customers also access through Teamwork Graph CLI and Atlassian Rovo MCP server.
Instead of returning basic data, the TWG API traverses Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and connected third-party tools to surface inferred relationships like collaborators, owners, blockers, and dependencies.
Each enriched TWG API call consumes between 1 and 10 credits depending on the depth of intelligence required to surface organizational context and the operation type. Write operations like creating a Jira work item are free, while read operations like summarizing a Confluence page uses credits.
