• You will need to be an Aha! Admin to connect to Rovo.

Aha! OAuth のセットアップ

1. Log into Aha!, take note of your organization’s subdomain. For example, if your site is vitafleet.aha.io, you’ll need the vitafleet later.

2. 右上の [設定] アイコン () を選択します。[個人] を選択します。

3. 左側のナビゲーションから、[個人] > [開発者] を選択します。

4. [OAuth アプリケーション] タブを選択して、画面右上の [OAuth アプリケーションを登録] ボタンを選択します。

5. ここから、新しい OAuth 接続の詳細を入力します。

   1. 名前: 自由に設定できます (「Atlassian Rovo」)。

   2. リダイレクト URI: https://id.atlassian.com/outboundAuth/finish に設定します。

6. 次の画面では、アプリケーションの新しい値がいくつか表示されます。クライアント ID/アプリケーション ID とクライアント シークレットは後で必要になります。

Aha! への接続

Aha! で OAuth をセットアップしたら、接続できます。

1. In a new tab (you’ll need to copy values from your Aha! tab), go to admin.atlassian.com. Select your organization if you have more than one.

2. Select Apps > AI settings > Rovo.

3. Under Sites, next to the site you want to connect, select Add connector.

4. [Aha!] を選択して [次へ] を押します。

5. Aha! 接続の名前を入力します。何かと一致させる必要はありません。

6. Aha! サイトのサブドメインを入力します。Aha! の完全な URL が vitafleet.aha.io である場合は、vitafleet とだけ入力する必要があります。

7. 上記の手順で生成したクライアント ID/アプリケーション ID とクライアント シークレットを入力します。

8. 免責事項を確認します。

9. [Aha! を承認] を選択します。

10. 新しいタブが開き、Aha! の承認を段階的に進めることができます。詳細を読み、[承認] を選択します。

次のステップ

Aha! との接続が完了したら、次の手順に従います。

1. Aha! 機能は、数時間かけて徐々に検索に表示されるようになります。

2. Your team members will see Aha! show up as a filter option in Search. If they haven’t connected to Aha! from their Atlassian account, they may be asked to connect before they can see results. This is required so Rovo can make sure your teammates only see features that they already have access to.

3. Aha！ 内の機能の数によっては、すべての機能がインデックス化されて検索に表示されるまでに時間を要する場合があります。
