Disconnect an app from Rovo

Before you disconnect an app from Rovo, it’s important to know:

  • You can choose to hide an app from Search but keep an app connected (this is useful if you need time to adjust permissions in your third-party app, without disconnecting)

  • It will take 48 hours to completely disconnect most apps. During this time, you won't be able to add a new app connector for that same app (excluding the Custom Website connector).

For more information on how long we store that data, see our data, privacy and usage guidelines.

If you would like to hide a third-party app from Rovo Search:

  1. 移動 Atlassian Administration. Select your organization if you have more than one.

  2. Select Apps > AI settings > Rovo.

  3. Under Sites, expand the site, and locate the app you’d like to hide, select the More actions (•••) menu.

  4. Select Manage, and toggle off Show results for this <app> in Rovo Search.

  5. [保存] を選択します。

If you’re disconnecting GitHub and would like to remove all your GitHub data from Atlassian, you’ll also need to uninstall the GitHub for Jira app.
