Asana を Rovo に接続する

What is indexed?

The Asana connector indexes these objects:

• Tasks (that are on boards)

• 名前

• URL

• createdDate

• Item type

• Asana のすべての有料プラン (Pro 以上) は Rovo でサポートされています。

• タスクが非公開ボードにある場合でも、自分がタグ付けされたタスクを表示できます。

• チーム メイトは、接続するアカウントで利用できるタスクのサブセットにしかアクセスできません。そのため、Rovo を最も幅広いアクセス レベルの Asana アカウントに接続するようにしてください。

• Rovo は常に権限を遵守します。ユーザーには、ユーザー自身がすでにアクセス権を持っているタスクのみが表示されます。

Asana に接続する

Asana のセットアップ画面を開くには、次の手順に従います。

1. Go to admin.atlassian.com. Select your organization if you have more than one.

2. Select Apps > AI settings > Rovo.

3. Under Sites, next to the site you want to connect, select Add connector.

4. [Asana] を選択して [次へ] を押します。

次に、Asana を設定するには、次の手順に従います。

1. Asana の接続の名前を入力します。

2. 免責事項を確認します。

3. [Asana を認証] を選択します。

 4. Asana で新しいタブが開きます。権限を確認したあと、[許可] を選択します。

次のステップ

Asana との接続が完了したら、次の手順に従います。

1. シートは、数時間かけて徐々に検索に表示されるようになります。

2. Your team members will see Asana show up as a filter option in Search. If they haven’t connected to Asana from their Atlassian account, they may be asked to connect before they can see results. This is required so Rovo can make sure your teammates only see files that they already have access to.

3. Asana 内のシート数によっては、すべてのシートがインデックス化されて検索に表示されるまでに時間を要する場合があります。
