Granular controls on all data types are not available but you can choose to include or exclude personal spaces and attachments when you back up.

If I have a backup from backup manager, can I restore that backup using Atlassian Backup and Restore?

Yes, you can use both the tools. But if you run backups with both tools at the same time, the backups will fail. Note that you can’t restore backups from backup managers to Atlassian Backup and Restore and vice versa, as they are not compatible.

No. Do not use the sandboxes created for automated restores for other purposes as this interferes with the restore operation.

What is the frequency of automated restore? Does it affect the manual restore?

The frequency of automated restores is generally set to occur on a weekly basis.

Automated restores occur in separate sandbox environments and they don’t impact manual restores.
