Unblock user invites

Organization admins can now unblock user invitations that fail to deliver.

In Jira navigation select Settings, System settings, Unblock user invites

A list of undelivered invitations will show with details on why they failed to send.

In the case of Atlassian suppressing emails after too many failed delivery attempts, emails will be identified with ‘invitation blocked’ with an option to 'resend invitation.' Clicking this option will take you to the admin.atlassian.com user management screen to complete the resend invitation action.

Resent invitation emails will generally arrive within one hour.
