作業タイプの階層を設定する

Jira 管理者として、レベル名を変更し、ニーズに合わせて階層を構造化することで、作業タイプ階層を設定できます。

作業タイプ階層 設定を表示するには：

1. [設定] () > [作業項目] の順に選択します。

2. 左側の列で、作業タイプ階層に移動します。

既定の階層レベルを変更する

By default, Jira is set up with three levels of work type hierarchy: a level for larger pieces of work (level 1, by default called Epic), a level for standard work items (level 0, called Story), and a level for smaller pieces of work (level -1, called Subtask). You can modify these levels to better reflect how your teams work.

階層レベルの名前を変更する

作業タイプの階層でレベルの名前を変更するには：

1. 名前を変更したいレベル名をクリックします。

2. レベル名を編集して、[変更を保存] を選択します。

Add work types to the level for larger pieces of work

By default, the work type called Epic is associated with the hierarchy level for larger pieces of work (level 1). You can add additional Jira work types to this level. To do this:

1. On the level for larger pieces of work (by default, this is the Epic level), select the Jira work types field.

2. 利用可能な作業タイプのリストから選択するか、検索フィールドを使用してください。

3. [変更を保存] を選択します。

カスタム階層レベルを管理する

Jira Premium および Enterprise のお客様は、作業タイプ階層に追加レベルを作成および管理することもできます。

新しい階層レベルの作成

作業タイプの階層に新しいレベルを追加するには：

1. レベルのリストの下部にある+ レベルを作成を選択します。作業タイプ階層の最上位に新しいレベルが作成されます。

2. レベルに名前を付け、Jira 作業タイプ列のドロップダウンを使用して、作業タイプと関連付けます。

3. [変更を保存] を選択します。

階層レベルを削除する

作業タイプの階層に追加したレベルを削除するには：

1. 作業タイプ階層から削除したいレベルを見つけます。

2. そのレベルの [アクション] 列で [削除] を選択します。そのレベルがリストから削除されます。

3. [変更を保存] を選択します。

削除されたレベルに関連付けられていた作業タイプは、デフォルトのストーリー レベル（レベル 0）に戻ります。
