Create request types using Atlassian Intelligence

Create request types using Atlassian Intelligence

This feature is only available for Premium or Enterprise customers that have activated Atlassian Intelligence for Jira Service Management.

1. From your Jira Service Management project, go to Project settings > Request types.

2. Select Create request type, and select Create using AI from the dropdown.

3. Enter your prompt and select Go.

   1. The suggestions generated by Atlassian Intelligence will only be visible to you, and will disappear when you navigate away or select Cancel.

4. If you wish to create one of these suggestions, select your desired request type and select Create.
