Get started with Jira Service Management for admins
Your first stop for learning how to get started with Jira Service Management.
If you work in multiple service projects, you can add gadgets to a dashboard to view reports from those service projects in one place.
To create a gadget, you must be a Jira admin.
Follow these steps to add a gadget to a dashboard:
Select Dashboards and choose a starred or recent dashboard or View all dashboards.
Select … > Edit dashboard.
Select Add gadget.
Select Service Project.
For Service project report, select Add gadget.
Select Close. A report dashboard is displayed.
Select Save to save the dashboard.
