Get started with Jira Service Management for admins
Your first stop for learning how to get started with Jira Service Management.
If you’re a customer who shifted your operations from Opsgenie to Jira Service Management, adding new instances of this integration isn’t possible in Jira Service Management. You can only edit the integrations that originally shifted from Opsgenie.
Loom connects to a business’ digital assets, continually monitors and learns about them by reading logs, and detects when something is likely to deviate from the norm. When it does, Loom sends out an alert and recommended resolution so DevOps and IT managers proactively attend to the issue before anything goes down.
Use Jira Service Management's Loom integration to send Loom alerts to Jira Service Management with detailed information. Jira Service Management acts as a dispatcher for Loom alerts, determines the right people to notify based on on-call schedules– notifies via email, text messages (SMS), phone calls and iOS & Android push notifications, and escalates alerts until the alert is acknowledged or closed.
When a vulnerability is detected by Loom, Loom creates an alert in Jira Service Management.
To edit a Loom integration in Jira Service Management, complete the following steps:
Go to your team’s operations page.
On the left navigation panel, select Integrations.
Search for your Loom integration.
Edit the integration settings and rules as necessary.
Use the instructions in this section if applicable.
Click the settings button (bottom left of screen) and choose the Notifications tab.
2. Click Opsgenie integration.
3. Paste the Opsgenie API key into the "Opsgenie API key field".
4. Click Save.
